Death
Upright
endings · transformation · transition · release · change
Death rarely signals a physical ending; it marks the necessary close of a chapter so that something new may begin. Release what has run its course. Transformation requires letting go, and what follows will be richer for the honest ending that came before.
Reversed
resistance to change · stagnation · inability to move on · clinging
You are clinging to something that has already ended. Resistance to necessary change is creating stagnation. The refusal to grieve and release is blocking genuine renewal. What needs to die — a habit, a belief, a relationship — cannot be resurrected by force.
