The Devil shows two figures chained to a pedestal — but the chains are loose enough to remove. What binds you is partly real and partly a belief about your own powerlessness. Examine your addictions, fears, and obsessions honestly; awareness is the first step to freedom.

The chains are recognized and the process of unhooking has begun. A pattern or dependency is losing its grip. The shadow is being examined rather than denied. This is a moment of reclaiming personal power from whatever has held you.
